Apply to join the marketplace

Merchants begin by submitting an application with business details — who you are, what you sell, and how you plan to operate.

We ask for basic business information to understand your offering and assess marketplace fit. There is no upfront cost to apply.

What you'll need: Business name, nature of products or services, contact information, and any supporting documentation if available.

Review

Our team reviews your business

Caribridge manually reviews all merchant applications. We assess business legitimacy, product quality, and marketplace fit before granting access.

This curation process is what makes Caribridge trustworthy for buyers — and valuable for the merchants who are approved.

What we check: Business legitimacy, product legality, compliance with Stripe's policies, and overall marketplace alignment. Business registration documentation is helpful but not required for informal or sole-trader businesses.

Storefront

Your storefront goes live

Approved merchants receive a dedicated storefront within the Caribridge marketplace, where buyers discover and purchase your products. Alternatively, if you already have your own website or online store, we can link it directly to the marketplace — Caribridge handles the payment processing either way.

Your storefront is your space — you control every product description, price, and customer-facing detail.

You'll set up: Product listings with descriptions and photos, pricing, fulfillment and shipping policies, your merchant refund and return policy, and your public seller profile. Merchants with existing websites may instead provide a link for buyers to browse, with checkout handled through Caribridge.

Payments

Connect your payment account

Merchants connect their account through Stripe, our integrated payment provider. Stripe handles identity verification, payouts, and currency conversion. Once connected, you're ready to accept payments immediately.

Identity and business verification may be required by Stripe before transactions can be processed.

Important: Caribridge does not store payment information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Funds are paid directly to merchants per Stripe's payout terms.

Is Caribridge the seller of the products listed?
No. Caribridge acts solely as a marketplace technology provider. Individual merchants are the sellers of their own goods and services. Caribridge does not own, hold, or sell any inventory.
How long does the application review take?
Our team reviews all applications manually. Typical review times are a few days, depending on the completeness of your application and any additional verification steps required.
Who handles customer service and fulfillment?
Merchants are fully responsible for fulfilling their orders, managing customer service, and handling any post-purchase issues. Each merchant publishes their own policies on their storefront.
Does Caribridge take a commission?
Caribridge may charge platform service fees on completed transactions. All fee structures are clearly disclosed to merchants during the onboarding process before they agree to join.
What happens if I have a dispute with a merchant?
Buyers should contact the merchant directly first. If a resolution cannot be reached, Caribridge may review the case and facilitate communication between parties. See our Dispute Resolution policy for details.
Can I sell digital products or services?
Yes. Caribridge supports merchants selling both physical goods and digital services. Independent professionals can list and sell service-based offerings to international clients through the platform.
