Clear policies protect every merchant and buyer on the platform.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated April 2026

Caribridge Solutions LLC operates as a marketplace platform. Individual merchants are the sellers of their own goods and services. Refund and return policies are set and enforced by each merchant independently.

Merchant-Set Refund Policies

Each merchant on the Caribridge platform is required to publish a clear refund and return policy on their storefront. Buyers should review these policies before completing a purchase.

Caribridge's Role

Caribridge does not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be directed to the merchant from whom the purchase was made.

Caribridge is a marketplace platform and is not the seller. We are not responsible for merchant refund decisions and do not hold or control buyer or merchant funds.

Disputes and Escalation

If a buyer cannot reach resolution with a merchant on a refund issue, the matter may be escalated as a dispute. See our Dispute Resolution Policy for details.

Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Policy

Last updated April 2026

Caribridge provides a framework for resolving disputes between buyers and merchants when direct resolution has not been successful.

Step 1 — Direct Resolution

All disputes must first be raised directly between the buyer and the merchant. Merchants are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5 business days.

Step 2 — Escalation to Caribridge

If direct resolution fails, either party may escalate to Caribridge at hello [at] caribridge.solutions with the order reference, description of the dispute, and summary of direct communication attempted.

Caribridge's Role

Caribridge may review submitted information and facilitate communication between parties. Platform-level controls such as merchant account suspension may be applied where serious violations are found.

Caribridge does not act as an arbitrator and has no legal authority to compel merchants to issue refunds. Our role is facilitation, not adjudication.

These Terms govern access to and use of the Caribridge marketplace platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform

Caribridge provides a digital marketplace platform connecting Caribbean merchants with buyers. Caribridge is not the seller of any goods or services listed. Each merchant is an independent seller responsible for their own listings, fulfillment, and customer service.

Merchant Accounts

Merchants must complete Caribridge's application and onboarding process before listing. Merchant accounts are subject to the Merchant Agreement and these Terms. Caribridge reserves the right to approve, decline, or terminate accounts.

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions, misrepresent products or services, use the platform for prohibited items, circumvent payment systems, or engage in activity violating applicable law.

Buyer Accounts

Buyers may create an account on the platform to manage orders, track purchases, and save preferences. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.

Guest Checkout

Caribridge supports guest checkout, allowing buyers to complete purchases without creating an account. Guest transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Caribridge will retain the minimum transaction data necessary to support fulfillment and dispute resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caribridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or transactions between merchants and buyers.

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what may and may not be listed or transacted on the Caribridge platform.

Permitted Listings

Merchants may list genuine goods and services that are accurately described, legally saleable in relevant jurisdictions, compliant with all applicable laws, and free from third-party intellectual property infringement.

Prohibited Items and Services

The following may not be listed or transacted: illegal goods or controlled substances, firearms and dangerous materials, counterfeit or fraudulently represented goods, stolen property, content violating intellectual property rights, explicit adult content, and gambling or lottery services.

This list is not exhaustive. Caribridge reserves the right to remove any listing it determines is inappropriate for the platform.
